Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure our industrial products and equipment reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Please note the following terms regarding shipping and delivery.

Shipping Costs

All shipping and transportation charges are to be borne by the customer. Charges are calculated based on the total weight of the equipment and the destination distance.

Delivery Time

Domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location. For heavy industrial machinery requiring specialized handling, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Return & Replacement Policy

Our return policy is strictly limited to ensure the quality and integrity of the industrial equipment we supply.

What We Support

  • Returns for Manufacturing Defects only.
  • Damaged products identified as Manufacturer Defects.

Not Covered

  • Any damage occurring during Transit.
  • Physical damage due to mishandling after delivery.

Claim Process

To file a claim for a manufacturing defect, please contact our service department within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence (including clear photos and technical descriptions) will be required for internal review by our technical team.

Important Notice

Industrial equipment is heavy and expensive to transport. We strongly recommend our customers to arrange for adequate transit insurance and verify all items before accepting delivery from the transport agency. Hablen Group is not responsible for any logistical delays or losses caused by third-party transport partners.
