Warranty & service guidance

Prepare the right details for a faster support conversation.

This page helps you prepare a warranty or service enquiry. It does not register equipment, approve a claim, create a case, or show a support status.

Check the documents supplied with your purchase

Warranty scope, duration, exclusions, service coverage, and required evidence can differ by product, manufacturer, seller, and agreement. Check your invoice and supplied warranty or service terms. Hablen must review the available documents and equipment details before confirming whether support is covered.

What to prepare

01

Purchase details

Invoice number, purchase date, seller name, and the warranty or service terms supplied with the purchase.

02

Equipment identity

Exact product model, serial number, controller details, and installation location.

03

Issue description

What happened, when it began, operating conditions, and any safe readings already available.

04

Previous work

Earlier service dates, repairs, replaced parts, and the name of the service provider, if applicable.

Serial-number and authenticity checks

Copy model and serial details exactly as shown. Do not alter labels or submit invented information. Duplicate, damaged, missing, or conflicting identifiers may need additional verification and do not prove warranty eligibility. Only Hablen or the applicable manufacturer can confirm the outcome after review.

Share documents safely

Share only the invoice, product, and issue details needed for review through an official Hablen contact channel. Redact unrelated personal information. Never send passwords, OTPs, card or bank details, Aadhaar, PAN, or unrelated identity documents. This page does not accept uploads or store your checklist.
